How much do real estate aerial photos cost?
Standard residential package starts at $295 plus GST for 8 edited stills. Photo + video package $495 plus GST including 60-second cinematic edit. Twilight shoots add $150. Acreage and rural properties quoted per address. Most agents recover the cost on a single $1M+ listing through faster days-on-market and stronger appraisal positioning.
How fast is delivery?
Standard turnaround is next business day for stills, two business days for video edits. Rush same-day delivery available for an additional fee on weekday metro shoots. We dispatch a fully-edited photo gallery via secure download link, with raw originals available on request.
Do I need vendor permission to fly over the property?
Yes. The agent or vendor must provide written permission for the flight. We provide a one-page permission form. We also notify immediate neighbours and avoid flying over occupied adjacent properties without their consent. Standard CASA Sub-2kg rules give us full flexibility for residential property work.
