Programs
Volume and recurring program pricing
For portfolios, strata portfolios, solar farms, and annual inspection programs, we offer volume rates and retainer-based pricing.
Multi-site discount
5 or more buildings in a single engagement receive tiered discounts. The more sites in one mobilisation, the lower the per-site cost.
Annual retainer
Locked-in rates for 12 months with priority scheduling. Ideal for solar farm operators, strata managers, and facilities teams running quarterly or biannual inspection cycles.
Real estate agency rates
Agencies booking 4 or more properties per month receive a standing rate with same-week scheduling and next-day delivery guaranteed.
